Here is a prime example of a home's exterior surfaces not being protected from the elements for too long. Most of the boards had severe rot and needed replacing. The plaster / stucco was beginning to crumble and fall off. We began by wire brushing the plaster and removing any loose material. All of the rotten boards were then removed and replaced with paint grade cedar, which was then allowed to weather. The plaster was repaired to a evenly matched texture. The entire surface was then primed with a masonry sealing primer and a new wood primer. Followed by two coats of premium exterior latex paint.

The result is a beautiful surface that will be able to withstand the elements for many years to come
