Dwyer Residence In Shorewood Wisconsin

This project was primarily maintenance. Mrs. Dwyer gets her house repainted every two years, knowing that keeping her homes surfaces protected will save her money in the long run. Wood and plaster degrade rapidly when not protected from the elements.

Keeping this house well protected is saving the Dwyer's from the potentially high costs of major carpentry and stucco/plaster repairs. In addition it keeps this beautiful home looking brand new year after year.
